Soul Linedancing helps people Overcome Fear

Our Wellness programs are built around Soul Line Dancing as a group exercise medium.  We teach people to be successful, one small step at a time, in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.  This builds confidence, provides immediate reinforcement and helps establish circles of support.
